Our Services
Inform Bookkeeping provides full cycle bookkeeping services, including transaction categorization, account reconciliation, and month-end financial reporting, based on the scope agreed with each client.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely access to financial records, bank statements, and other documentation needed to complete your bookkeeping work.
Payment Terms
Pricing is discussed and agreed upon before work begins, based on the needs shared during your consultation. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
We treat your financial information as strictly confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required to perform our services or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in preparing your books, Inform Bookkeeping is not liable for decisions made based on financial reports, nor for delays caused by incomplete or late documentation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
